2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Job Seekers

Candidates agree to provide truthful information in their profiles and applications. Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or identity is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. By applying to jobs, you consent to sharing your profile information with the respective employer.

4. Employers

Companies agree to post genuine job opportunities with accurate descriptions and requirements. Discriminatory job postings are not allowed. Employers must respect candidate privacy and use application data only for recruitment purposes.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

Post fraudulent, misleading, or spam content. Harass, abuse, or threaten other users. Attempt to scrape, hack, or reverse-engineer the Platform. Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. Create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes. Share or sell other users' personal information.

6. Reviews & Ratings

Reviews and ratings must be honest and based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate our guidelines. Defamatory, offensive, or fabricated reviews will be removed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and features of the Platform are the intellectual property of Red & White Jobs. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant us a license to display and distribute it on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

We act as an intermediary between job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment, interview calls, or the accuracy of company/candidate profiles. Red & White Jobs is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Users may deactivate their accounts at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
